The girl at the register asked me for my email to get a coupon got the coupon knocked off a couple of dollars off the total price , that's cool because she didn't need to tell us that, great employee that cares about her customers 👍🏆 …

I especially want to thank Sam for being so welcoming, helpful, and just amazing. I also want to thank Christian, Demarkus, and Taylor. I visited San Marcos for the 1st time with both of my boys back in April, and we ended up visiting this Converse store twice over our weekend vacation. I meant to make a review wayyyy back then, but I'm finally throwing away my receipt and it reminded me of how great the service was and how we can't wait to visit again before school starts back in August. Thanks for everything!!!

Good customer service! We went yesterday and bought two pairs of shoes around 6 p.m. I don't remember her name, but she was very nice, friendly, and helpful. She gave us a discount with coupons. Happy with the purchase.

San, Sharon and Christy helped me and my 15 year old child find tennis that fit our style. The store was neat clean and organized. Very easy to find sizes but once I had trouble the team went out of their way to check the back. I very much appreciated them going above and beyond. Even offering to order if I had no luck l but we did. Great assortment!

Sales people were friendly and helpful, especially Sophia!!! My teenage son was hesitant about trying on shoes without socks (he was wearing crocs), but we asked for socks and they were provided complimentary. Great selection and discounts. We will be back. Highly recommend.
